Delivery Charges

  • UK Standard Shipping - £3.50

  • UK 'Signed For' Delivery - £5.95 

  • International Standard Shipping - £5.50

  • International Trackable Shipping - £8.50


Delivery Times
I aim to dispatch your chosen jewellery designs within 2-3 working days. If you need to receive an item any sooner, please let me know prior to ordering. In most cases I will be able to accommodate, all I ask is that you let me know before you place your order so that I can confirm if it’s possible, rather than disappointing.


Shipping
All items will be sent by Royal Mail. Each delivery is logged by Royal Mail and normally takes 3-5 days to arrive within the UK, but it can take up to 5 working days during busy periods. Please allow up to 14 days for international shipping. The default shipping option is standard shipping which is not tracked, if you wish to purchase tracked shipping there is an option at the checkout. This will give you the peace of mind to track your order if there are delays. Orders to America/Canada take approximately 2-3 weeks. If you need a shipping service which is not listed, please contact me prior to ordering. If you notice that your shipping address details have been input incorrectly, please let us know as soon as possible. Once your parcel has been despatched we cannot recall it. If your parcel is returned to us we will need to charge an additional postage fee to cover costs.


Lost/Delayed Post
Very occasionally, for reasons out of my control, post can be delayed or, very rarely, go missing. If you think your order may be delayed/lost, I will do all I can to help. Please let me know if you have not received your parcel within a week of dispatch. 

RETURNS
For any returns/exchanges, please contact me via email at hello@dauriabridal.com within 5 days of receiving your order. I will need your order number and full name to accept your return. 

Faulty Items
In the very rare case that you receive an item that is faulty, please contact me within five days & I will offer you a refund, exchange or replacement, reimbursing any return postage costs incurred.

Exchanges
While I hope that you love what you buy, if you are not happy with your item, I will be more than happy to offer an exchange/refund.* 

Should you wish to return your item/s, please ensure:
- You have contacted me via email within 5 days of purchase
- The item/s are returned within 7 days of purchase
- The goods are unworn, in the same condition as received & in original packaging.
- Please note that I am unable to offer a refund or an exchange without a valid proof of purchase.

Please note, you are responsible for the return postage fee, and I recommend that items are returned via registered mail.

*Please note that I can not offer refunds for earrings or custom pieces, unless there is a fault.

When returning your item, please include your name, address & order number and send to the following address:

Processing your exchange/refund
You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has been received & processed. All successfully returned items will be exchanged or refunded via the original payment method. In the case of a refund, I will reimburse the original standard shipping charge, but I cannot reimburse you for any return shipping charges, unless the product is faulty.
